Manhattan OMS & SFCC Integration — Lacoste
OMS Integration and Omnichannel Order Management Across Global Retail
Lacoste required a full Order Management System integration connecting Manhattan Associates with Salesforce Commerce Cloud across their global e-commerce and retail operations. Doctor Project led technical program direction for the OMS integration: multi-market order orchestration, real-time inventory sync, and Brazil-specific payment architecture including PIX instant payment integration and local fiscal compliance.
Real-Time Inventory Visibility and Multi-Market Order Orchestration at Scale
Lacoste's existing order management infrastructure lacked real-time inventory visibility across warehouse, retail, and e-commerce channels. The Brazil market added structural complexity: PIX instant payment requirements, local fiscal compliance rules, and multi-currency management. Integration between Manhattan Associates OMS and Salesforce Commerce Cloud required a robust middleware architecture to handle order routing, fulfillment node splitting, and returns logic — while maintaining response times compatible with peak traffic events.
Manhattan Associates OMS Integration with SFCC, PIX Payment, and Multi-Market Order Routing
Led technical program direction for the Manhattan Associates OMS integration with Salesforce Commerce Cloud across 4 markets. Designed order orchestration flows covering: real-time inventory sync from warehouse to storefront, multi-node fulfillment routing, Brazil PIX instant payment integration with fiscal compliance, and international returns management. Delivered integration architecture specification and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline for the full rollout. The architecture enabled omnichannel order processing — ship-from-store, click-and-collect, and marketplace fulfillment — through a single OMS layer.
