Project Management Teaching Program — EFREI Paris
Project Management Methodology Instruction at a Leading French Digital Engineering School
EFREI Paris, one of France’s leading engineering schools specializing in digital technologies, engaged Doctor Project to deliver project management instruction for engineering students. The program covered applied PM methodology, digital project delivery frameworks, and practical case studies drawn from real enterprise transformation engagements.
Teaching Enterprise-Grade Project Delivery to Future Digital Engineers
Engineering students understand technology. Teaching them how enterprise digital projects actually run — stakeholder management, scope control, delivery governance, the gap between waterfall plans and real-world execution — requires practical experience that academic frameworks alone can’t convey. The program needed to bridge theoretical PM methodology with the operational reality of enterprise e-commerce and IT transformation projects.
Applied PM Curriculum, Case-Based Teaching, and Enterprise Delivery Frameworks
Designed and delivered project management curriculum for EFREI Paris engineering students: applied PM methodology covering Agile, hybrid delivery, and structured waterfall frameworks; case-based teaching using real enterprise digital transformation scenarios; practical tools for scope management, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance. Students were equipped with PM frameworks directly applicable to enterprise technology project roles.
